A private pilot flying over the coast alerted SOF to what appeared to be unlawful land clearing along the coast into GBR water and into Dryander National Park.
Investigations by SOF and authorities revealed the extent of unlawful clearing by the private developer.
The owner (ex footballer) McCracken was successfully prosecuted.
The site is under new ownership.
